Chobe National Park

Nguni Voyager

Ranked as one of the top three African wildlife experiences, this floating African safari gets you up close and personal with the residents of the Chobe National Park, in complete seclusion and luxury.

Moored along the Chobe River, in the heart of the Chobe National Park, Nguni Voyager once a regular houseboat takes you on a wilderness journey in complete luxury and relaxation.

Equipped to accommodate up to ten passengers on the lower deck, no expense was spared on the interiors of Nguni Voyager. Crafted from African Rosewood, each cabin is decorated in old world elegance, en-suite bathrooms including 24 hour water pressure (usually an issue on boats), luxury linens and all the convenient necessities such a battery charging stations and plug-points.

The adventure starts as soon as you step on board and journey down the river deeper into Chobe National Park, with crocodile and hippo loitering in the river, elephant splashing on the banks and if you’re lucky, a lion kill on the river’s edge.

The boat provides ample viewing opportunities where you can enjoy panoramic views across the park from the middle and top deck, dotted with free roaming game, diverse bird life and predators on the hunt - you can be sure of uninterrupted viewing no matter where you are.

Daily activities include tiger fishing, game and bird watching, picnics, hiking with spectacular sundowner cruise to end the day and a 3-course evening meal to the call of hyena or roar of a lion nearby.

Meals are prepared by chefs on-board and will satisfy your appetite with hearty breakfasts, brunch, high tea and dinner under the starlit skies.

Evenings consist of discussing the day’s events with a nightcap of your choice before retiring to bed for what should hopefully be a peaceful night’s sleep once you get used to the hippo grunting, elephants splashing or lion roaring in close proximity to your room.
