Itinerary Summary

Itinerary Details

Day 1 & 2: Victoria Falls (Zim) ( 2 nights )

On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport, you will be met and transferred to the Victoria Falls Hotel by road where you will stay for your first two nights.

Victoria Falls Hotel is set in the Victoria Falls National Park with a private pathway to view the Falls. Offering some of the best views overlooking the famous Victoria Falls bridge, it is characterized by its colonial feel and old school charm to make it one of the most popular luxury accommodations in Africa.

2 nights will give you 1 full day to explore the cultural town of Victoria Falls and any of the many activities on offer, whether enjoying a helicopter flight over the Falls, a sunset river cruise on the Zambezi or an adrenaline activity such as white water rafting or an array of high wire activities. There's plenty to do.

Spend time exploring Victoria Falls and enjoying activities or relaxing at your hotel with high tea and taking in the incredible view of one of the seven wonders of the world.

Day 3 & 4: Chobe National Park ( 2 nights )

A relaxed morning at leisure and to enjoy breakfast before you will be met and transferred by road into Botswana and on to Chobe Game Lodge situated in the Chobe National Park for the next two nights.

Being the only permanent lodge situated inside the Chobe National Park, this lodge is not only one of the most up-market, luxury properties, but the only one that comes with the advantage of already being inside the park. This allows guests to be the first and last people to experience wildlife in Chobe National Park on game drives and boat cruises and means no queuing to enter and exit the park when the gates open and close daily at sunrise and sunset.

Safari experiences give you a chance to view the largest concentration of elephants, buffalo and other plains herds from up close. Even better, as your activities are conducted in electric vehicles and boats. All you can hear is nature.

Activities are planned and scheduled by the lodge guides to suit your itinerary. Relax and enjoy this slice of Africa, whether on a game drive, boat cruise or walking safari.

Spend the morning on an activity with your guide (if time allows). Then it's time for breakfast before you will be transferred to Kasane Airport to meet your pilot for your onward internal flight to Savute Safari Lodge, where they will stay for two nights.

Savute Safari Lodge is a permanent lodge overlooking the Savuti Channel situated in the western part of the Chobe National Park. This area is renowned for some of the best wildlife sightings and game viewing opportunities year round, especially when the Savuti Channel is mostly dry and the little water on offer in the area draws the numerous concentrations of plains game and predators towards the marsh.

Expect to see impressive numbers of antelopes, wildebeest, zebra, buffalo and elephants as well as lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena, wild dog and many of the smaller predators.

Safari activities here are focused on game drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles along the Savuti Channel and to the Savuti Marsh. Enjoy excellent birding and game viewing. Visit Gubatsa Hills to view the ancient San rock paintings.

Experience the incredible network of waterways from above and suddenly it is clear that this is one of the most remote wilderness destinations in the world. The Moremi Game Reserve is an area that offers land-and-water based safari activities. A true experience of the Okavango Delta and the meandering channels that teem with wildlife. Game drives on the floodplains in open safari vehicles and boat cruises in the surrounding channels of the Xakanaxa Lagoon.

A chance to view predators such as lion, cheetah, leopard, hyena and wild dogs. An abundance of elephant, buffalo, giraffe, zebra and antelope in large numbers including red lechwe. Birding is fantastic, hosting hundreds of species and even a chance to glimpse the Fish Eagle or Pel's Fishing Owl.
